"I first worked with Sarah when she was employed to come into school and work with a child with ASD and particularly challenging behaviour.  I have to admit I was pretty sceptical about what she would be able to do to help support us and the young man in question.  However, the results were amazing.  She worked closely with staff, even responding to emails and telephone calls on her days off, and made sure she tried out new approaches to be used in order to assess the child’s reaction before asking staff to do so. She ensured that staff were aware of the reasons for what they were being asked to do as part of the Behaviour Programme and that they felt confident with the approaches to be used.  She was very aware of both the needs of the child and the school as a whole.  I cannot recommend her enough and hope to work with her again.
